North Carolina, which President Joe Biden had hoped would become a key 2024 presidential election battleground state, has proved it stands in stark contrast to anti-Israel Democrat activists of blue states and liberal colleges and universities, Sen. Ted Budd, R-N.C., told Newsmax.

“This completely splits their party,” Budd told “Saturday Agenda.” “You’ve got the radical element, which is increasingly a larger and larger portion of the Democratic Party, this is really pushing them into the summer of ’68 all over again. It’s hugely concerning, and folks are leaving the Democratic Party in droves.

“Various ethnicities, they’re saying, ‘Look, the Republican Party is the party of the future.’
